First, pour 1 Liter of full-cream milk into a thick-bottom pan. Then heat it on medium flame. Stir the milk occasionally so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Step 2: Reduce the Milk

Once the milk starts boiling, lower the flame. After that, continue cooking the milk until it becomes thick and reduces to about half of its original quantity. Meanwhile, stir continuously to avoid burning.

Step 3: Add Sugar and Flavour

Next, add sugar, cardamom powder, and almond powder to the milk. Then mix everything well. Cook the mixture for 2–3 minutes so the flavours combine nicely.

Step 4: Cool the Mixture

After cooking, turn off the flame. Then allow the kulfi mixture to cool completely at room temperature.

Step 5: Freeze the Kulfi

Finally, pour the cooled mixture into kulfi Molds, small cups, or ice-cream Molds. Cover them properly and place them in the freezer. Leave them for 6 to 8 hours or overnight until the kulfi becomes firm.
